Sleaford & District Photographic Group (SDPG) is an informal group of enthusiastic amateur photographers, whose experience varies from someone with their first camera through to retired professional photographers. The group puts no photographic criteria on membership, just enthusiasm for the subject. However we do request that all members are aged 18 or over.
Established back in the 1980's the club has a membership of men and women of all ages with a wide range of abilities. Some of our members who are just starting out with their first camera and taking picture using the AUTO settings whilst at the other end of the experience specrum we have members who never take pictures without selecting the ISO, Aperture Setting and Shutter Speed.

Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday evenings of the month throughout the year, in the Jessop Room at Leasingham Village Hall, Nr Sleaford, Lincolnshire and throughout the year we try and get out on location as often as possible with club events most months.

Lincolnshire Photographic Association
We are affiliated to the Lincolnshire Photographic Association (LPA), founded in 1962. The LPA represents camera clubs & photographic societies throughout Lincolnshire and organises amongst other things, competitions which we take part in each year.
North & East Midlands Photographic Federation
We are affiliated to the North & East Midlands Photographic Federation (NEMPF), founded in 1955. NEMPF is currently made up of 48 camera clubs & photographic societies primarily in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.

We are affiliated to the Photographic Alliance
of Great Britain (PAGB). The PAGB is a membership organisation that co-ordinates activities for photographic Clubs in England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
